This is the hub of my modest little empire; an empire I invite all of you to help me build and flourish. After all, YOU are my mission. I am devoted to helping you discover your inner beauty by accentuating your outer beauty. I say accentuate because we don’t need to “fix” or “change” you. We simply need to highlight what makes you different, because there is beauty in uniqueness. I want to help you understand and embrace your perfection; help you look in the mirror and say: “Here’s me. I am fierce. I am fabulous.”

That’s why I began doing makeup in the first place: I was hoping that through helping people see the beauty in themselves, I could try and find it in me.

My Values

I take great pride in delivering gorgeous, professional work every. single. time. I’d rather take the time to do something right, than to have it turn out subpar. It all circles back to my wanting to help you reap the full benefits of makeup, so that you can shine exponentially brighter inside and out!

I am constantly researching and learning. A makeup artist doesn’t ever “peak,” or “plateau.” This industry is wild, vibrant and ever-changing. In order to keep up, you have to keep sharp.

Makeup isn’t complacent or tame. A good makeup artist knows how to tackle the unexpected. Makeup must be done regardless of where you are or what supplies you do (or do not) have.

No one ever broke boundaries sitting by the wayside. I don’t shy away from challenges, mistakes or uncertainties. How can I help others find confidence if I don’t find my own?

Love should permeate any holes, and radiate over everything that you do. For many, work is mundane and mandatory. I am lucky enough to be chasing my passion and am loving every minute of it. Without passion, what’s the point?

Remember, “your uniqueness is what makes you marvelous!” Why be normal? Normal is boring and rarely leaves a mark. But to be different, that’s something rare and exciting. It’s okay to be different. Different is exciting!

Makeup is nothing without a little flare. It should be fun, interesting, and thought-provoking. Makeup is an art and I am an artist. It’s my job to do the unexpected! Nothing revolutionary came from doing the same thing over and over again.

My Story

The beginning

Everyone’s got a story, but instead of boring you with details I’ll just pick up with the part of my life where I wanted to pursue healthcare and medicine. Yes, originally, I was on the fast-track towards becoming an RN. I wanted to pull my hair back in a messy ponytail, throw on some scrubs, (maybe) a little mascara and hit those hospital halls. I had excelled in my schooling, graduated with high honors and felt confident that I knew what I was doing and that I was good at it. After a while, however, I realized I was merely content. *And friends, if you are content you are not happy.*

Discovering My Style

Call it fate, call it destiny, call it whatever cheesy, hackneyed thing you’d like…. I realized I could help people in a way that was entirely my own; a way that truly made me happy. Makeup: something I had LOVED ever since I was a little girl. I’d always been my friends’ and family members’ go-to gal for everything from weddings to proms, and dance recitals, but now was the time to take that next step. I enrolled at the VIZIO Makeup Academy and began my very own YouTube channel. I began playing around with different techniques and styles, colors and palettes, and ultimately developed a style that was polished but fun, flirty but fierce. Don’t get what I mean? Check out my channel! #selfpromotion 🙂

The Future

I am pleased to announce that by the end of 2017, I will have expanded my film repertoire substantially. Keep an eye out for Cold (awaiting release date), Worthless, and Fight Valley 2. I also recently signed on as a co-host for The Goss, a beauty talk show that just aired its first episode! Check out theaskBONBONshow.com to see where it will broadcast, or, watch it on YouTube NOW! Lastly, I am a proud sponsor of UFC Fighter, Cris Cyborg and Fighter Serena “Southpaw” DeJesus. I’ve got a long list of projects coming up and am looking towards the future with an eager and happy heart. So keep your perfectly highlighted eyes open, because this Jersey gal is making some serious moves.
